如何進行水處理

衡美水處理為您介紹一種***、實用的水處理技術——防垢技術

防垢技術

冷、熱水系統中,換熱器、輸送管道、泵閥等設備的結垢現象十分普遍,水垢會縮短設備使用壽命、加快金屬腐蝕,導致維護費用增加,對設備的安全運行構成威脅,由此產生的經濟損失巨大,英、美兩國每年因結垢導致的經濟損失分別達15億、500億美元。因此解決系統的積垢問題具有重要意義。筆者對常用的水垢防治技術及其研究進展進行了綜述,并指出了水垢防治技術的發展方向,為后續研究提供理論參考。

一、水垢的形成

水垢是具有反常溶解度的難溶或微溶鹽,易在器壁尤其是金屬表面處析出沉積。其形成過程為:微細結晶在過飽和溶液中處于溶解-結晶的亞穩定狀態,結晶在器壁聚集黏附并有序長大,結成水垢。水垢是否形成主要取決于鹽類是否過飽和及其結晶的生長過程,與成垢離子、水質情況、器壁形態等密切相關。系統中的成垢離子越飽和、水的硬度越高,結垢傾向越嚴重;粗糙的金屬表面和雜質對結晶過程也有催化作用,會促進水垢析出。

大部分水垢外觀呈白色或灰白色,質硬且致密,以碳酸鹽、硫酸鹽、磷酸鈣鹽和硅酸鹽的鈣鎂鹽為主,其中典型的是碳酸鈣垢,此外工業鍋爐中還可能產生鐵垢和銅垢等。

二、水垢防治辦法

水垢的防治方法有阻垢和除垢2種,前者是抑制或消除結垢,后者是對系統中已經形成的垢進行清除。

防垢方法有化學法、物理法、生物法、化學/物理法,筆者主要對化學法及物理法進行介紹。

1化學方法

化學防治方法主要有石灰軟化法、加堿沉淀法、碳化處理、加酸處理、離子交換軟化法和投加阻垢劑法等,前4種方法比較傳統,效果直接但耗費藥劑量大,產生的廢液需進行處理,應用成本較高,因此已逐漸淘汰。目前國內外較為***的處理方法為離子交換軟化法和投加阻垢劑法。

1)離子交換軟化法

離子交換軟化法采用鈉型陽離子交換樹脂對硬水進行處理,水中的Ca2+Mg2+等與Na+發生交換,并與樹脂結合,該方法可除去水中的Ca2+Mg2+結垢離子,達到阻垢目的。離子交換法可以起到深度軟化水的效果,但是設備在使用過程中需重復再生。

2)投加阻垢劑法

目前水處理系統中采用的阻垢劑主要為阻垢緩蝕劑和阻垢分散劑。阻垢緩蝕劑有無機聚合磷酸鹽、有機磷酸鹽,循環水系統多采用有機多元磷酸。阻垢分散劑主要是中、低分子質量的水溶性聚合物,包括均聚物和共聚物2大類,均聚物有聚丙烯酸、聚環氧琥珀酸、聚天冬氨酸及其鈉鹽等;共聚物的品種較多,以丙烯酸系和馬來酸系的二元或三元共聚物為主,還有磺酸類共聚物和含磷共聚物等。

由于水處理藥劑多為磷系,存在富營養化問題,易產生“赤潮”公害。隨著環保意識的增強,一些低磷、無磷的綠色阻垢劑成為國內外水處理領域的研究熱點。20世紀90年代即有綠色阻垢劑的開發研究,目前已有報道指出聚天冬氨酸及聚琥珀氨酸等具有多元阻垢及緩蝕性能,且具有可生物降解性,應用前景廣闊。

2物理方法

物理方法主要是利用電、磁、光、聲等技術阻垢或除垢,典型的物理控垢方法有物理清洗、采用防腐阻垢涂料及非金屬材料換熱面、膜法水處理、靜電水處理、電子水處理、磁化處理和超聲波處理等。其中物理清洗只能清除已生成的老垢,但其操作簡單,適用于對控垢要求不高的場合;采用防腐阻垢涂料及非金屬換熱面可改變設備材料的表面性能,使成垢離子難以在接觸設備上沉積,達到阻垢目的,但由于施工復雜,應用場合受到限制。目前采用的典型物理方法有膜分離法、磁化處理法、靜電水處理法、電子水處理法、超聲波水處理法等。

(1)膜分離法

該方法以膜作為分離介質,通過膜兩側的推動力(壓力差、濃度差、電位差等)使水與微粒分離。膜法水處理主要有納濾和反滲透。反滲透法一般應用在鍋爐上,對硬度離子的去除率達到90%以上。納濾膜(孔徑1.0~3.0 nm)可使水中大部分單價離子透過,而二價離子和高價離子如Ca2+Mg2+SO42-Fe3+等基本不透過,其硬度去除率能達到90%以上。

使用膜法除垢的主要問題之一是膜污染。在膜工作過程中,水中的微粒、膠體粒子或溶質大分子在膜面或膜孔內發生吸附、沉積,導致膜孔變小或堵塞,使膜產生透過流量和分離特性的不可逆變化,需進行重新清洗,處理成本增加。

2)磁化處理法

磁化處理是利用磁場作用改變水質,影響成垢離子的溶解、結晶、聚合等過程,生成疏松的軟垢,防止硬垢產生,并使已成硬垢的方解石轉變成文石,隨污排走。

磁化處理根據磁源位置的不同可分為內磁式和外磁式。其中外磁式在檢修時不必停水及拆卸管道,也不易引起磁短路現象,具有更大的優越性。按磁場形成方式又可分為永磁式和電磁式。永磁式磁水器的優點是不耗電、結構簡單、操作維護方便,國內外應用較廣泛,但其磁場強度有賴于新型磁性材料和充磁技術的開發,且磁場強度一般不能調節,此外還存在隨時間延長或水溫提高而退磁的現象。電磁式磁水器耗電量大,但磁場強度容易調節,處理能力強、效率高,不受時間及溫度的影響,穩定性好,適宜在對水質要求較高的場合中使用。

盡管磁化防垢技術已有很大進展,而且在工業、農業和生物醫學領域中得到廣泛應用,但水系統的復雜性及多變性使得深入研究磁化水處理比較困難,目前磁化控垢機理尚未形成定論。大多數研究都是從各自的實驗結果出發,導致磁化阻垢除垢的應用設計缺乏有力依據,工作穩定性無法保證,影響其應用成功性。

3)靜電水處理

靜電水處理器由高壓直流電源和水靜電化裝置組成。采用靜電水處理時將水通過高壓靜電場(3 400~6 000 V),可改變水的分子結構或電子結構,使成垢離子不在器壁聚集,達到阻垢、溶垢的目的。高壓靜電場可使水生物的細胞壁發生破裂,因此其還具有較強的抑菌滅藻功能。靜電水處理存在一個作用時間,超過作用時間以后成垢離子仍會發生沉積,且需定期清理靜電水處理器過濾系統的垢渣。

4)電子水處理

電子水處理與靜電水處理有很多共同點,其設備核心是電子水處理器。陽極為不溶性金屬電極,一般為鈦修飾電極,陰極一般采用鍍鋅無縫鋼管,電源為低壓直流或具有某種特定波形的低壓脈沖電源。待處理水從處理器下部進水口處進入,與金屬陽極接觸一段時間后,從上部出水口處流出。在接觸過程中,低壓電場可使粒子的水合程度和聚集狀況發生變化,改變水分子的自身狀態和締合程度,一方面增加了水的溶解能力、減少水垢形成,另一方面促進已形成的水垢逐漸松散、剝落,達到除垢的效果。徐浩等的研究顯示,電子水處理的阻垢率>90%。也有研究表明電子水處理還具有殺菌滅藻、緩蝕防腐的功效。但電子水處理技術研究起步晚,技術發展還不夠成熟,裝置性能不穩定,電極需定期或不定期清理。

5)超聲波水處理

超聲波在介質中傳播時,會使媒質中的粒子間發生相互作用當超聲波的機械能振動使粒子加速度達到固定值時,就會產生一系列物理和化學效應(高速微渦效應、剪切應力效應、超聲凝聚效應),從而起到防垢及除垢雙重作用。劉天慶等采用超聲-臭氧技術處理循環冷卻水系統中的生物垢,研究發現頻率為20 kHz、振幅為20%的超聲波可有效抑制生物垢的形成,還可移除90%以上的已形成生物垢。超聲波阻垢除垢技術作為一種環保、***的水處理技術已應用到電力行業、油田系統中,但其理論研究方面比較薄弱,尤其國內研究得不夠充分。

三、電磁防垢技術優點

電磁場水處理是一種物理法,具有******的特點,應用方便、投資少、容易屏蔽、節能、環保、運行維護方便和成本低廉的優點,因此應當得到重視。電磁處理器在水處理中可集防垢、除垢、緩蝕、分離凈化、殺菌等多功能于一體。隨著環境保護的日益嚴格和水資源的日益緊缺,電磁處理技術將得到愈來愈廣泛的重視。對此進行系統研究無疑具有重要的意義。目前,電磁處理防垢主要應用于各種循環冷卻水和熱水鍋爐系統,在蒸汽鍋爐中也能應用,但由于溫度大于100℃以后,溶液過飽和度大,產生的軟泥較多,排污量大,能量浪費大,故電磁處理防垢比較適合90,,以下的體系防垢。從理論上講,電磁處理防垢應適用于所有體系,只是不同體系有不同作用條件。

迄今為止,在國外電磁處理裝置已廣泛用于工業與民用給水系統中防垢、除垢、殺菌、防腐等。我國從 20 世紀 50 年代就開始了電磁技術用于鍋爐水除垢和防垢的研究與應用。鑒于磁場與電場的關系,電場防垢裝置:靜電水處理器(高壓直流)、電子水處理器(低壓直流)和高頻電子水處理器等也相繼被開發出來。尤其是一些高出力的電場(高頻達 10MHz以上,高壓達 7000V以上)防垢除垢裝置,它們彌補了永磁裝置磁感應強度小(小于 1 特拉斯)的缺點,因而得到了廣泛的應用,其發展勢頭已超過了永磁裝置。

電磁防垢與化學藥劑防垢相比,其特點是不耗能、無噪聲、少腐蝕、***、成本低、維修簡單、安裝管理方便。

1、電磁處理器的壽命:電磁處理的過程是流體通過電磁場產生電磁處理效應的過程,電磁處理器一般由永磁材料制成,其電磁場強度隨時間的延長而逐漸減弱,防垢效果也因此逐漸變差。

2、防垢效果的多極值性:電磁場對抗磁性水溶液的作用與外加電磁場的電磁感應強度的大小關系密切,表現為多極值關系。電磁防垢效果不僅與電磁感應強度、電磁感應峰值個數有關,還與溶液的濃度、溫度及溶液中的離子類型等有關,因此,生產中不能盲目使用電磁處理器,***針對水樣進行分析,優化選擇。

3、介質的磁記憶時間:在電磁場作用下,介質產生電磁處理效應,去掉電磁場后,介質需經一段時間的馳豫過程后才能回到處理前的狀態,即被處理介質的電磁處理效應隨離開電磁場時間的增加而逐漸衰減,介質從離開電磁場開始,到電磁處理效應完全消失,這一段時間為介質的電磁記憶時間。被處理介質電磁記憶時間的長短,與自身性質及電磁處理效果有關,同種介質,電磁處理效果越好,電磁記憶時間越長。實驗發現在50℃以下時,介質記憶時間可達數小時或數天,高于60℃后記憶時間將大大降低。介質電磁記憶時間為T,介質流動速度為V,則電磁處理作用的有效距離LL = V ×T;實際應用時一般取有效距離的一半作為電磁處理器設置間隔長度l,即l=L/2;因而,電磁處理器的設置數為防護管線長度與設置間隔長度之比M=Lg/l

原蘇聯、東歐對電磁場、電場防垢機理的研究和西歐、北美相近,都認為是電磁場或電場使水的結垢能力暫時改變,只對水垢的附壁能力作短時間的抑制。電磁場、電場處理不改變水的成分和化學性質。電磁場處理的水,僅是暫時失去結硬垢能力,攪拌或鼓氣泡可使不結硬垢的時間迅速縮短。有資料指出,輸送電磁處理的水有效距離為8km,亦即為2h

電磁場處理的優點是:不用化學藥劑,沒有環境污染設備維護操作簡便,壽命長。就節約藥劑,防止污染,節省人力而言,是理想的防垢手段。

電磁場處理的缺點是:它是一種不穩定的、暫時的防止結硬垢的方法。***保證所使用的裝置有效;***嚴格遵守關于熱負荷、水溫、硬度、鐵錳含量等的規定才有效;***保持足夠的排污和保持在固定時間內才有效。

水系電磁處理的成本不高,都明顯的減少結垢物的沉積,它的巨大經濟效益是十分明顯的。減少酸洗次數,不僅可省大量的鹽酸和硫酸,更重要的是大大延長了設備的使用壽命以及每年投入檢修除垢所需的人力物力。所以這項技術在我國也具有十分廣闊的研究和應用前景。

當前采用的物理方法主要有以下幾種:電磁場、超聲場、紫外光技術、等離子技術等,其中電磁場方法又包括磁場處理技術、靜電處理技術、高頻電場處理技術和變頻電磁場處理技術。

磁場處理技術雖是一種簡易可行的水處理技術,但也存在局限性,從而影響著它的廣泛應用。例如,磁處理器吸附的磁性物質容易形成磁短路,作用效果不穩定,對處理對象的特性有明確要求,影響工作效率。

靜電處理技術,這種處理方法需要的電壓太高,安全性低,而且處理效果受多種因素影響,在許多場合不能利用,尤其在油氣集中的油田生產方面。

高頻電場處理技術,是磁處理技術和靜電處理技術的換代技術。其操作簡單、維護方便、經濟環保,解決了化學方法難以解決的技術難題。但當頻率超過既定范圍,媒質的電磁參數就會受到影響,引起的介質損耗,產生能量損耗。

變頻電磁場處理技術是在靜電阻垢和磁場軟化水基礎上發展起來的一種將直流脈沖技術與變頻原理相結合的物理法水處理技術。利用該技術可以根據不同水質特征和處理目標,調整不同的電磁場參數,使處理效果更加完善。

本課題在此基礎上,研究變頻電磁場在防垢、除垢過程中的作用,通過變頻,適應不同水質,促進油田水處理方法的進展、增加產油量,使得水處理器的應用范圍變得更加廣泛。隨著油田的不斷開發,地層中的原油逐漸減少,油田常采用注水方式保持油層壓力來提高采收率。注水是一種常用的油田開發技術,被注水的處理是防止水進入地層后產生結垢,堵塞地層毛細管道,防止所注的水破壞地層結構。目前,環保要求越來越嚴格,多數油田采用采出水作為回注水,為了達到注水要求,***采用必要的處理方法。在稠油區,注入高壓蒸汽降低原油粘度,使稠油得到開采。注水或注入蒸汽都會使原油含水率增高,油田采出水經過處理進行回注,不僅可滿足油田開采過程中注水量日益增長的要求,同時也可以節省水資源,為油田帶來經濟效益。

油田對采出水進行處理的目的是凈化原水水質,使其達到注水、熱采鍋爐給水、外排所要求的水質標準,對于不同用途的水質,要求有不同的處理工藝。由于各油田原油的特性、地質不一樣,油田采出水水質各異,但又有一些相同的特性,如采出水中含微生物,常見微生物有硫酸鹽還原菌、鐵細菌、腐生菌,細菌大量繁殖不僅腐蝕管線,而且還造成地層嚴重堵塞;含有大量可生成垢的離子,如碳酸氫根離子、鈣粒子、鎂離子、鋇離子等容易生成垢的離子。

由于變頻電磁場技術由于適用范圍寬廣,投資相對較小,具有環保、節能,應用安全、可靠等優勢,在防垢、緩蝕、殺菌、增注等應用技術領域,將發揮越來越重要的作用。此外與磁場、靜電、高頻電場、超聲波等水處理方法相比,變頻電磁場處理更安全,效果更理想。

四、結語

目前已發展的水垢防治方法各有所長,在實際應用中常需結合使用2種或2種以上的控垢方法。目前應用較多的是化學類防垢除垢方法,其操作簡單,除垢效果穩定,效率高,但藥劑及人工費用較高,且當處理不當或藥劑使用不當時都會導致設備和管道腐蝕,此外化學除垢藥劑對操作人員的健康也有損害,除垢處理后的廢液易對環境構成威脅,其發展受到限制。因此進一步開發生物降解性能好、除垢效率高且經濟易行的新型阻垢劑,將是今后水垢防治的重要研究方向之一。

物理防垢方法自動化程度高且操作簡單,在阻垢、殺菌和除藻等方面有顯著效果,但處理強度較高的硬垢和腐蝕產物時效果一般不理想。物理防垢方法的作用機理尚不清楚,工作穩定性也有待提高,但其對環境危害小,適于大規模推廣應用,是水垢防治的一個重要研究方向,具有廣闊的發展前景。
